Our principles

• The site is free and needs no account.
• Every entry cites its sources and review date; unverified information is not published.
• The scientific name is the common reference across languages; common names are localized.
• Seasonal advice states its climate context: an English page does not assume a particular climate.

Funding is planned through advertising (Google AdSense). It is not active today, and will only be switched on together with a compliant consent management platform.
